I went to your Lucknow airport counter on the 8th of June to get my tickets done from Lucknow to Kolkata , the agent at the counter asked me to fill a form for my travel which I did and passed it to her(Miss Richa, Miss Swati) . She reverted that it would cost me Rs17864/- ( PNR A12t6Y) for the tickets which I agreed and I made the payment through my card. Later once the transaction was done she reverted that she had booked me on the wrong flight from Lucknow to Mumbai . She had no clue of making a reversal but somehow she managed to get in touch with one of her seniors who tried to help but was of no use. I was then given the right ticket and was assured that the actual cost of the ticket was coming to Rs7212/- and that the difference amount will be reversed into my account within 7 to 10 working days.
Since then I have been talking to numerous helpless customer care agents but I have not received the refund of Rs 10652 /- yet in my account. last on Saturday 21st I spoke to Mr. Shiva floor manager at the call center and he after keeping me on hold for all most 30min assured that the money would be refunded by Monday 23rd June , but unfortunately the promise has not been kept again……this was the third promise from people working for this organization……
I would like to bring to your notice that based on the promises of the refund I had asked one of my party to place my cheque on Monday , now as the amount was not refunded from the companys end I have a bounce cheque to my account …….who should be held responsible for the same……What should be done so as to take this up to the highest level in the organization……what is the compensation that the company is giving for such worthless service…………..
Then at last they did a refund but it was of wrong amt of Rs 17,864/- again this was reversed and now the company is asking for another 5 to 6 days to process the refund. So i am waiting for 19 days to get my refund and i am the one who is calling and trying to follow up...
I request the counsumer council to help as i alone cannot fight the air line. My mails with the customer relation manager is attached.
