Complaint Details
It is a redevelopment project in oshiwara Mumbai.In May 2010 Our old building was demolished and thereafter construction of new building work started. After many follow up builder is not ready to sign & registered my individual agreement. Today I am homeless and also not having an important and only document after building being demolished.

Reply: Dear Mr. Farid Khan,

This is in connection with your complaint against the Shreedham Builders. Your case was examined by our Consumer Grievances Redressal Committee Chairperson and has suggested your's as a fit case to be filed in the Consumer Court. For any legal guidance you can come to our office on 4th Saturday i.e. 26/3/2011 were you can meet our lawyer with prior appointment. We will not be charging you anything.
