After opening their pack, I found insects in kellogs and immediately called the quality manager and spoke to Ms.Prajakta. She said she will send a local distributor Mr.Rakesh and the gentleman came and took the box and its contents and that's it. He said the head office will get in touch wiht me which never happened to this date. today when I called to follow up on the status with him, he said he sent a mail to the head office and he will send a follow up mail and mark a copy to me. So far nothing happened.

Here is an extract of my mail to them:

I would like to bring to your notice that the kellogs we bought bearing the batch number 2C 28 manufacturing date april 28 2014.

We are terribly disturbed by the fact that we found worms when we opened the seal for breakfast this morning.

We always trusted this brand and feed it's contents to my child before sending her off to school.

I tried calling the customer care but no use as I believe I called before business hours.

I request you to consider this matter urgently and call me on 00919763755855 before I take this matter to the next level because no father wants to feed his daughter worm ridden food.
