shame ! Eureka Forbes shame.
Delhi.
I have taken 03 years AMC FOR RS 2700/ which is vaild till 09.03.2011.
That i have lodge complaint 20 days back and a complaint no. 84303833 was given, but when no body came, again
a complaint was lodge and a new request no. 84382986 was given. The engineer who came for service said that he is not carrying
the required spares he will come again and will change the candle and carbon.
Even after repeated complaints no body came. Does eureka forbes do these tactics at the end period of AMC.
That my AMC is going to lapse and my complaint is pending, will i have to go to consumer court to get my work done.
That i am requesting through this mail that please repair and change carbon and candles of my purifires other wise
legal action as per law will be taken against you.
