My RO+UV model (dealer) is not working. I hold a valid AMC of the product by I have called and registered service request for last one and a half week and nothing has happened. The latest complaint number is 84429197. This is a pathetic level of service for a direct selling company. I feel cheated for 16K RO+UV cost and 4000 as amount paid for AMC.
