NTPC Ltd is a Maharatna Company under Ministry of Powwer. we have around 300 plus water purifier systems (Aquaguard) installed in our power plant and township. Due to insenstivity and care less attitude of eureka forbes, no sevice person has been possted in service centre at ntpc, kahalgaon township.We have sent nos of letters, mails to the company officials but no action has been taken so far.The business practice statement of EFL i.e. "The Customer is soul focus of business" has no meaning for them. We have written to Sh Suresh Goklaney also.letter dtd 19.01.2011.
