Dear Sir,
We at Shreeyash College of Engineering & Technology, Satara Tanda, Aurangabad had given AMC for water purifiers at our campus to M/S Eureka Forbes, Bhanudas Nagar, Opp. SFS High School, Aurangabad for the priod 25/10/10 to 24/05/11. Till date we are not satisfied with the srvice offered by your persons during AMC. Your persons are informing in advance the date of visit for AMC. On 28/02/11 we made a call for maintainance of one of the purifiers on the campus. Till date there is no response from your side. I personally had a talk with your person today (05/03/11) for attending the call, but still there is no response. Now we find that your office is not receiving our phone calls intentionally. If you are not interested in providing service, kindly let us know the reason. Your person is saying that there is a payment to be made from our side to you. He said he had submitted a bill to us. But to whom he had submitted we do not know. If the bill is paid it goes through yhe undersigned. Kindly clear this matter also.
