Complaint Details
I paid Rs 1000 for taking Group 1 online test ( for my wife ) Totally 10 test to be conducted along with answer key.But till now only 2 tests was conducted. Answer key was not provided and only online video was shared . That too not opening in my system. Now we receiving Group 2 questions. When we called reg the Group 2, go the reply Group 1 & group 2 are more or less same and want to take the Group 2 test and omitting the unwanted questions of Group 2. No proper response from the Academy.
