Dear Sir,
I have applied for removal of Hypothecation from my CAR and got the Smart Card Printing Receipt on 16-05-2014. So far i have not received the RC which is supposed to be delivered by Post. There is not status mechanism through which i can track the status of RC for my Vehicle. Receipt issued by RTO remains valid for 45 days. I am confused as the phone numbers given on RTO website are just ringing and no body picks them up.
