Hi,

I own a XOLO Q700 mobile which i have bought last year (2013). There is one big problem with this model. The battery gets swollen (bulged) after few months usage. This problem is there across this model. Thousands of people own this phone and almost many of them faced this problem.

The company's service centers doesnt take any responsibility neither the customer care executives over the toll free number.

It is extremly dangerous to use a swollen battery as there are changes of bursting anytime.

If this happens only to me, then i might mishandled the phone. But, this is happening for almost everyone using this phone.

The company should role out a change of battery model to everyone, or they should replace my money back.
