Hello,

We have bought one item over ebay.in, Item Name is Branded Esonic Motherboard - Intel G31 Chipset- LGA 775 Socket DDR 2 Item Number: 221455860348 and our claim id is 543458, the seller over ebay has made a fraud and send us item that is not as per description and hence not working with our system for the same we have raised the claim on ebay to take the needful action, Our roduct comes in ebay guarantee protection that means if the item is not as per description or its not working then you can return them back for full refund in just one day they have resolved the case and give judgement in favour of Seller and on other hand they say 100% Buyer Protection Now how they can judge everything in just one business day.

That means they are making many frauds and the company is not bothered about it.
We are just asking for the refund.
Please help us we are small people and item price is Rs 2500 which we cant let go.
