Dear Team,

Kindly be informed that I have given the order for 5 Qty. of Livon Hair Gain Tonic Pack of 2 = total qty of bottle must be 10,

Below is my Order information :

Purchased Date : 21 June 2014

But Y'day when I received the shipment & open in-found of shipment Guy I found total of 9 Bottles, I requested Shipping guy to take it back but he denied as they can not accept the open box,

At the same time I tried calling customer card but due to Sunday no one answered the call,

Kindly do the needful & arrange to ship one more Bottle of Livon Hari Gain Tonic, which is missing in my Shipment,
