Please note that my mother (74 years old) is ill and bedridden for last 4 years and she need aya attendant. For this I have contacted Mr Rajesh on phone no 9223320206 on 15th March 14 and he promised that his company Liam Enterprises will provide Aya regularly. He also asked me to pay paid Rs 10,500 as advance for the month and he will send Aya from next day i.e. 16th March 14. As I was in need of Aya as our earlier Aya has left without giving any reason, I agreed to pay him this amount. He immediately sent his representative Ms Neha Kulkarni on 15.03.2014 to my house and collected Rs 5,500 in cash and Rs 5,000 cheque. This was advance payment for one month service of Aya of Rs 9,000/- and Rs 1,500 for Liam Enterprise commission for 30 days. Rajesh was suppose to send Aya from 16.03.14 but he could only send one Ms Kshma on 21.03.14 who worked till 24.03.14 for 4 days. Then after informing him on phone about absentisum of Ms Kshma he send Ms Sangita from 25.03.14 to 27.03.14 for 3 days and afterwards she stopped coming. Sangita has also took Rs 200/- from us for transportation on 26.03.14.

As we were not getting regular Aya from Rajesh/Liam, I had informed Rajesh that do not deposit cheque of Rs 5,000 in bank as you are already having cash advance of Rs 5,500 with you.

As Liam and Rajesh was not able to provide us Aya we have contacted another buro for it and informed Liam/Rajesh that there services are not required.

Afterwards while updating my bank pass book I could realized that Rajesh has deposited cheque of Rs 5,000 (inspite of informing him of not doing it) and as I had removed balance earlier got bank charges of Rs 281/- of cheque return.

I had contacted Rajesh atlease 25 times from my phone and the refund of advance and cheque and also send one letter through courier on 2nd April 14 on Goregoan address (address available on receipt) again sent Register AD on 14th May 14 which got return from Post office as address not correct. Then I again contacted Rajesh as new customer and took new address of Andheri and sent him register AD on 24th May 14 and I got acknowledgement dated 26th May 14.

I need refund of Rs 3,480 + my cheque from Rajesh/Liam as per following calculation.

Advance Given on 15.03.15 = 5,500
Aya sent by you for 7 days = 7 X 300 = -2,100/-
Your commission 7 days = 7 X 50 = -350/- (1,500/30 days)
Advance given to Sangita on 26.3.14 +200/-
Bank Charge for Cheque Return + 281
Net Total 3,480/-

I would have contacted Rajesh/Sangita atleast 30 to 40 times from my mobile for this matter but they have not yet sent any refund till date.
