Hi,
I have purchased MT500 model of Micromax in MTS Showroom at Tirunelveli in January 13, 2014. From the day I purchase the mobile there are more problems in the phone. I have gave it for service four times and still the problem is not solved. Now they are saying they have to send the mobile to Head Office and it will take a month of time. I am not at all getting any proper response from the Service Center. Customer Care Number is not working for Micromax which is given in Site or Product (18605008286). Currently my mobile is in Service Center and its almost a month, i am not getting any proper update. Whenever I call them they are saying when they receive the mobile they will inform me. But they are also not sure when it will be solved. Job Sheet No. is R1406FTN10348627, its given in Tirunelveli Service Center for the fourth time. Earlier they have confirmed of replacement mobile and asked me to bring the total kit as when it was purchased and when I took the mobile kit they are saying only Service can be done in Head Office and no replacement. I hope the Micromax will come forward and provide some solution to this issue.
