Complaint Details
I bought a split ac(details given as pdf) on 22.03.2013.due to some reasons the ac was installed the next year on 22.03.2014 by Sushanta Kumar Laha,9647744111. After 7 to 10 days of installation, water was tripping from the indoor unit of the ac. when I first lodged a complain with the LG Service Centre, they sent in technicians who concluded that the ac was INSTALLED WRONG and that I should immediately inform the Service centre for re-installation. from this time when i launched a re-installation complain, the technicians did not yet come to my place, and on calling the service centre they are giving me different mobile numbers of their seniors, calling whom did not have any effect till date. I have already paid Rs.5202/- for first time installation, now they are saying that i need to pay another sum of Rs. 5000/- for re-installation, as of which the INSTALLATION DEFECT is totally their fault.
