You broadband's sales person Mr. Nitin (contact number - +918286010457) had assured me that my internet would be active in 1 hour. However he lied to me regarding the same as i confirmed with their call centre and they said it takes 24 working hours. However their service overall is pathetic and zero consumer service is available. My internet service has not resumed and the sales person refuses to answer to my calls and messages.
