Complaint Details
I Mr.Taha Mushtaque Khan Have Submitted my mobile phone Q800 X Edition, To the Xolo care center at Charni road on 14/06/2014(15:01:44). The Damage was physical, the usb connector was bend inside and was not charging the mobile phone. Now It has been more than 15 days Since I have given my phone. And they deny to be available with the service part yet. I Had given a complaint to the Xolo Customer care on 7/2/2014. When I tried to re-issue my complaint to Xolo customer care This Morning, They informed me that the handset in under process. This is not the Least, the attendant at the desk of the F1 Services switched my phone number with another number. When i tried calling them after one week the phone was on the ring four times and no one tried to answer my phone. I Went to the Service Center The very next day, As I was Ensured by the attendant to be receiving my Handset within a week. I literally had to ask the attendant twice to change my contact number entered in the bill. They do not have sense to properly deal with a customer. I am fed up of being juggled like a ball from the Customer care to the Service Center. I hope This Complaint Assures me a moment of relief. Thank You.
