I purchased Lenovo A369I smart phone on 18th May 2014 from E-zone Chinchwad. I gifted this mobile to my sister at my home town. 2 days after purchase i found mobile display not working. I e-mail lenovo support center on 21st may 2014 immediately regarding defect.They say call on costumer care. I continiusly call on costumer care but unable connect. After that i submitted my mobile at Nitin computer authorise service center for Lenovo at Pimpri on 13th Jun 2014, but they refuse to replace the mobile saying mobile received late. I submitted mobile for repair as service center say 7 days required for repair. But after 15 day they say service part not recieved but i mail lenovo costumer care about service part, i got mail that mobile is ready.
i again visited Nitin computer they says mobile will take another 4 to 5 days for repair. I again visited Nitin computer after 5 days found my mobile in very bad condition with screen badly damage like some thrown on floor. Now nitin computer say they will repair it on their on cost in 3days. I don't want this mobile as it is damage by some one. In all this process i email lenovo costumer care daily about this issue but i m getting reply of regret but no action. evry time i got mail giving false commitemetn from Lenovo. i am too much stressed due to above issue.
Kindly help me. i have all email communication with Lenovo.
