Hi, I have purchased a kitchen cabinet from Housefull on 18/01/204/. After 6months of use, the kitchen cabinet - shelf has bended as it cannot take the weight (quality is poor) and the drawer inside - wood has also broken due to poor quality.
The product is under warranty and I call up the call center for replacement. They are saying that it is a usage defect and not a manufacturing defect and hence it would be chargeable.
This is wrong, as no one in a usage would bend the shelf and the drawer inside. This has been done due to poor quality. Images attached where in regular kitchen stuff has been kept inside the cabinet.
They sell at 70-80% discount all products and supply low quality products to consumers.
I need to get it replaced and I will not pay money for the same.
