I got a htc desire310, after few days its touch wasn't working properly. I registered the complaint in the service center(SK Enterprises, Office No. B4, Allied house, Inderlok, Delhi-110035) on 23rd June 2014. They submit the phone and replied that it will take 4 days for repairmen. After 4 days they asked for 2 more days then they asked for more time with a statement that we will replace your product.
Then finally on the 11th day they demanded for Rs.8000 with a reason that water was available inside my phone. They are trying to reject the complaint with this fake reason.
