Complaint Details
I have a corporate WOW plan in Karnataka circle and I am currently on roaming. I received text messages from Vodafone saying that Roaming Incoming is free. I see that I have been charged a sum of Rs 157 in this month's bill.
I am not able to dial either of your call center numbers (111 or 198). The number 9886098860 kept me on hold for half an hour and no body took my call.
I was able call 9886011600 and the lady promised me to give me a waiver of Rs 157 on my bill, accepted the mistake and send me a new bill and she never got back to me.
I had a chat with customer care and they have a different story to say that I need to activate roaming plan and I will not get any waiver.
Is this some sort of joke? Why is vodafone sending such ambiguous texts to fool customers to make some extra money.
