I ordered a shoppers stop gift voucher of Rs 7299/- on 14/04/14 from melbourne through www.giftstoindiaplaza.com for my mother living at indore but till date the voucher has not been received by my mother.I made a call to their helpline nos.+919007135601 & +919674948876 but no reply from their end and their head office is at Kolkatta. Therefore I request you to either arrange to deliver my gift voucher to my mother at indore or to reimburse the amount to my account. My email id is priyankasolan@gmail.com
