Complaint Details
I have raised a request for reinstaalation due to my transfer on 27/6/2016, which they asked me to reinstall on 28 june at 3pm , but i have to call their technician 15 times to know is he coming or not. Then I spoke to their he asked me to fix it on Sundau , but after 15 calls they told me to fix it on monday, they at 9 pm their technician came and said dish can't be reinstalled which looks pre planned, then I have requested them to pay back my money and to reteive their Box, but all it is in vain.i am really harrassed vy their pathetic service.
