Complaint Details
I had the misfortune of approaching the company for a cook, without doing due diligence. As per their agreement if the service was not provided within the stipulated 20 day period the advance amount of Rs 4500 would be returned.
The service was not provided within the stipulated time period, despite numerous follow ups from our end. I requested the service provider to return the advance paid. It’s over a month of running from pillar to post, the amount has not been returned. If you contact the Bangalore office they pass the buck to their Coimbatore headquarters office ( which incidentally has only one staff with an elusive head honcho named “Nixon” ).
I don’t have any hope of recovering my advance . This review is to warn all gullible consumers of the big con game that is being perpetrated by Standard personnel services India private limited. They will not provide the requisite service, collect the advance and leave you in a lurch. “ Beware “. I am sure Nixon is a poverty stricken rotten bastard. I feel sorry for his employees who are forced to do such tasks.
