this is to inform you that ihave purchase a mobile from home shop 18 by on line. the date of purchase is 22/04/2014.
my invoice no is BLR/042014/9355.
my product name is karbon a 99 whose imei no is 911345300573422 and second imei no is 911345300573430.
my problem is my phone's spekar and lcd is not working properly,i went to the karbon service centere in nerul named pritam servises authorised service center for karbon, they denay to take my job because they dont find my imei no in their data. regarding that i spoke to home shop 18 from 21/06/14 my complain no is 105345299 my registerd phone number to home shop 18 is 09836669060, but still today they dont give any solution to my problem,
this is to request you that if home shop 18 fails to give service to my phone please tell them to return my full mony back.i hope you understand my problem and take the action as quick as possible.
