Dear Team,

I purchased a Godrej Aer car perfume this week and it has caused immense DAMAGE to the dashboard of my new Honda City. The liquid from the bottle started to leak very next day and has CORRODED the audio panel of my car. I have attached the photographs for reference.

I happened to notice that MINE IS NOT AN ISOLATED CASE and there are several complaints against this product on various consumer forums dating as back as mid-2013 (see links below).

I am appalled that despite so many complaints, a brand like GODREJ has not yet taken this HAZARDOUS PRODUCT off the shelves.

What kind of a quality control check was performed for this product that has caused such a harsh chemical reaction? As rightly questioned by someone on one of the forums, is it even deemed fit to be inhaled by anyone in a closed environments of a car?

A sincere request to all the Godrej Aer users to stop using this hazardous product right away since it poses a potential health risk

Request you to kindly help in getting the damaged panel replaced with a new one by Godrej from an authorized Honda service centre
