i ordered a voltas split air conditioner on 17th may 2014 from snapdeal.com and on 28th may the delivered me the indoor unit of the air conditioner but not the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. at that time they took the full amount telling that the outdoor unit will be provided soon. from that day i am calling to the customer care of snapdeal and they are telling that the product will reach soon but they not telling the time or day. according to snapdeal terms & condition if a problem.is not solved within 30 day then they return the productand refund the money. so after a month i told them.to return the product but they are not doing that too. they are not providing any reason why it is taking a long time. my 33310 rs is with them and i dont know how get my money or product.
