Complaint Details
I'm staying in Selaiyur(near Tambaram) of Chennai Metropolitan area. I applied for Broadband connection in my area BSNL telephone Exchange. After feasibility study, BSNL exchange accepted my request for Broadband connection. I paid the money for connection on 21st June, 2014. When contacted for connection, no proper response given from BSNL Telephone Exchange. No workmen is ready to come for connection even after repeated intimation. So, Please take necessary steps.
