Dear Team,

I got a new MTS MBLAZE Internet connection of up to 9. 8 MBPS on 12th May 2014,Plan - SUPER UNLIMITED REVB-999 MTS Data Card Number - 9150258028 and Account Number - 2807504157 From the day I bought it, the Internet speed has been very low. They promised the download speed to be at 2 mpbs.. But the current speed is only 240 b/s, Even we cant open google itself.

I called many times, (more than 10 times), It will take 10 to 15 mts always. But still the issue exist.

Very poor customer service. Please take the necessory action.
