Complaint Details
I bought a brand new Croma Tab, and after one month the SIM slots were not working. They say some internal damage. The slots were not damaged by me. They are asking for a charge of 800Rs for repairs in warranty period for no reason of mine. The piece was a defective piece. Why should I pay repair charges for a defective manufactured piece.
