Complaint Details
On 01.03.2014 I made a payment of Rs. 66/- for purchase of Duracell Batteries vide transaction no. 31471NET TXN: CITRUS 04243820671405. This payment was made with my Debit card.Till then I have send them several mails and they failed to make refund and make irrelevant excuses.
