Placed online order with prepayment on 19.06.2014 but item has not been delivered till 07.07.2014. Supervisor at NAAPTOl everytime assures delivery within 24 hours but w/o results. Everytime on calling has to repeat the problem but same reply of action within 24hrs repeated..
