This complaint is with regards to "R.Senthikumar / Tamilnian
Accel Frontline Limited 173 | Mountpoonamallee Highroad - Porur | Chennai -600116 | Tamilnadu | India" not responding to repair/replacement of my Buffalo router, Serial Number : 4404952012799. I've requested accel frontline for pickup on 07/04/14 under RMA#2835 & Ticket#71550. They delayed the pickup and the product was handed over to GATI courier as per accel frontline's instruction on 29/04/14. Accel frontline is not giving me a firm update on the repair/replacement status till date and shows no response to my emails.
