Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased the "Kent Grand Plus Home Ro Water Purifier Reverse Osmosis System (Item number:111376809835)" through eBay online and paid amount in FULL through credit card on 18th June 2014.I have received the item on 28th June 2014. However the item received was not as described online by seller. The bottom seal is completely open (partially damaged) and I can touch the item without opening the seal. Other parts of the package are also broken.
I did not touch the package after identifying these defects and kept the item untouched. I have communicated to ebay and seller (via email with photographs of the package as proof on the same day i.e 28th June 2014) that I can not accpet any item with OPEN SEAL as a righteous buyer I least expect an item that is packed in good and sealed condition which should be acceptable to me.
Kindly help me in getting proper resolution from eBay.
