Complaint Details
I have filled NRE and NRO a/c application forms in last week of April-2014. In first week of May-2014 all documents are validated and I paid Rs.10000 for opening NRO account. However till date I am just following bank, but no response no status. As per their commitment I was to get my account details at Singapore before mid of May-2014. More than 70 days passed, bank is using my money and not opening my account. My Qs is why you took my money and application for if can't do it. I am in Singapore now and they are harassing me by not opening my account.
