Hi, I have an out of warranty APC UPS. APC has agreed to repair it for and in the price quote that they have given, they are not willing to provide the root cause for the failure and the repair that they have done. When I emailed APC, they said they can't include such details in bill but, can tell me what the problem could be in a call. As a consumer, what are my rights and can I demand the repair details to be included in the bill and the serial numbers of the faulty and replaced parts.
