Complaint Details
I purchased a 600ml pet bottle of a cold drink with MRP printed for Rs 30 however I was charged for Rs42 which includes some taxes as well. I dont think anyone can charge taxes on top of MRP. No one on the restaurent was able to explain it as it was preloaded in their system. I sent an email to their customer service desk however still waiting for responce after a month. They do not share their customer support numbers or any internal concerned authority details. They need to refund my money & correct their billing systems.
