Complaint Details
Bought Samsung 1 ton split ac at Shah&Co on 12th April 2014. There was gas leak in the outer unit and it has not been replaced so far. Inspite of repeated calls to Samsung Delhi, Chennai and Shahs Velachery there has been no response. We have given all the documents they needed inspite of that they are asking for more documents and making excuses for not fixing the airconditioner.
