Complaint Details
I have purchased Aqua quard reverse osmosis in October 2010. One month only it worked.December 2010 itself its not working. every 20 days we are registering complaint. but no action has been taken. every month we are cleaning our tank. despite this storing of 8litre water takes 7hours time and water taste changes. after several calls only they are attending our request. simply coming and telling that we donot know the reason. i requst you to take ncessary action to refund the amount Rs.9990/ which i paid for that or else they have to replace the new one without charging us.
