Dear sir/madam
My mom is using a vodafone postpaid sim no. 9734122211 but she want to convert the sim into prepaid due to some problem. On 12.6.14 i was apply for that at customer care. 14.6.14 they told us to connect local vodafne store, so i connect with them. They gave me a sim and told the sim will be activeted within 7 days, after that they did not activeted the sim. After 7days when i call to the customercare they gave me dates and dates but they did not fix my problem. on 1.7.14 they forword the monthly bill,but on 14.6.14 they told me no need to pay bill. Then again i call to the customer care and they told if i will not pay my bill they cant convert the post paid sim into prepaid, if i will pay the bill they will activet my pre paid in 24 hrs. So i was sent my mom to pay the bill in vodafone sore on 8.7.14. she paid the outstanding bill and complained them. The vodafone store assistant hurrest her, 1st 2.5hour no one attened her and when attened they did not help her jst give her a new sim and say after 24 hrs the sim willbe activeted. on 9.7 when the sim was not activeted i called again customer care they again lounched complain they lounched complain again and again but dont solve it and they send bill.... please help me.. i am helpless.. please take some legal step
