Complaint Details
I bought brand new honda activa from Planet Honda Rajaji Nagar Bangalorein April 2013. After buying it gave me a mileage of 45 kmpl. I ran it for 4 months and after that Its bottom did touch a speed breaker and engine oil was leaking, I took the vehicle to the Planet honda service centre and they said that bore and piston had to be changed. And that vehicle will run smoothly after that.They raised a bill of 6000+ and I paid the amount. But to my surprise after that the mileage had drastically gone down to 35kmpl. I complaint to the service station. They said run it for 1000 km then the mileage will shoot and they wanted me to get it serviced. I gave my vehicle agin for servicing on 29-6-2014 and they returned me back on 1-7-2014. To my surprise the mileage has gone down to 32 kmpl. Sir this is terrible. This people loot and cheat the public and say that we will get a mileage of 65 to 68 kmpl. Under any circumstance we dont get a mileage. I want to return it back to the company and get my full amount back or else I want them to atleast give me a mileage of 45. Please take strict action Bill No. 17IW140446 dt 30-6-14I want my mileage to be restored.I feel that the bore and piston that they had changed was of inferior quality. I want it to be checked. Because of late I have learnt that Planet honda service station has lost lots of its customers because lot of spare parts were being stolen from the vehicles given for service to them
