Complaint Details
I had purchased a basic model of a Samsung phone from Poorvika last month and within a fortnight of purchase my product stopped working. On approavhing them they sent me to Samsung care where they replaced my battery with a new one and yet my product isn't working. On reverting back to them they replied that that wasn't their responsibility. The product is well within warranty and guarantee period.
