hi ,
First and foremost ,i would like to inform you that i'm going to put this serious matter in court and logging the same complaint in http://www.ccrc.in/submit_complaints.php as no resolution happened from sony side .I'm now 100% frustrated and can spend thousand dollars to get justice against your worst services.
Actual issue started around 20 days before when i switched on same TV and saw screen flickering /bad screen .Then i logged complaint in sony service center (complaint number : 19849648) .One guy came to home ,took photos of TV and no response for 10 days .After calling for more than 10 times ,one person from your service center respond to status of complaint .Let see what he told !
FYI,I have bills and all legal docs which clearly indicating warranty of my TV .This TV is under warranty and i have purchased the same from India only from Sony seller .Now ,seller gone somewhere ,sony india put hands off and stating that we can't repair this TV because it came from abroad ,Seriously ????
I had paid in INDIA ,in INR and in invoice it written "1 year warranty" .Where should i go now ?
This is last warning to your company that you may gonna face serious game if you don't helping me to sort this out!!
Please ,its request now ,in future it will court notice !
