we visited on Saturday 12 July 2014 at above shop, and valuer fooled and duped us as saying jewellery of operahouse and not crawfor market, and did not disclose, customer will loose money by 25% if exchanged here and if given at operahouse than will get full 100% value, also says bangles were 22 carat and when melted says were 18 carat, so total loss to us for rs.43400/- please help to recovcer said loss
