My Tata Photon device was not working and I lodged a complaint (Ref - 423578427). I was told I will receive a call within 4 hours and a local Executive will come to visit me. After than, I called the Customer care 16 times again and again, requesting them to send someone. Every time they said some one would call me, but till date I have not received any call nor any executive has come to visit me. Some of the customer care executives spoke very rudely with me over phone, names being Akash, Vamshi and Vinod. Ms. Swati banged the phone down while I was explaining her my problem. Is this the way to behave with a customer?
