Complaint Details
Transcend company is making crores of money from India for External memory drives and other computer accessories. I purchased Transcend StoreJet 25M3 1TB Portable Hard Drive about 6 Months back. External hard disk is not working now. I approached their service centre for support. It seems Transcend closed their after sales service support in India long back. I need to take legal action on this company. Please help me.
