Sir, my parents were denied entry being in the que for flight boarding pass, they were on time and were waiting in the que, as the computer of the airindia respondent wasnt working. after when the computer started, the lady said you are late.
moreover there wasnt any last call made for the staff of airindia,
this could be check from the footage of airport.
they also tried to talk it out with the airindia manager, but he didnt do anything.
then they tried taking to airport manager, but he also said nothing.
after that i also called airindia helpline, but they also didnt do anything.
and it was important to travel,as my father is a renal transplant patient and had a important meeting with a specialist doctor.

my parents name, names are Mr. Arun Taneja (ticket no 0984801295083)
and Mrs. Savita Taneja (ticket no 0984801295084)
