I bought a reliance data card from Sangeetha Mobiles along with a Mobile. i recharged it with FRC of 499 as directed by them .
They said that the same will be activated , and did not provide any procedure for same. I went out of station and it was not working. Was told to call a 1800 number to call and they said 24 hrs and disconnected. The guy at verification never understood nor spoke english or hindi .
I went to sangeetha yesterday they said that they will revert by today . The person who met me Mr. Harish Kumar took my MDN and said he will contact me today . No one called me and worst he stopped picking up my call
Today i visited reliance webworld where the person said that he has no records. I called up the appealate authority who said that the sim is registered in the name of Mr. Salim and she could not register a complaint as the number did not belonged to me . She said that she was the last level of escalation and cannot provide any other number. On repeatedly asking she gave me interaction ID: - 3966068753. The girls name was Tejashwini.
I visited Sangeetha Again to understand what can be done. The manager Hemant came and tried his level best to find out what happened. He provided me with the below mentioned details and said that he will revert by 1 pm tomorrow. However at the same time I was promised similar things by his colleague a day earlier. I asked who the person to contact in reliance is ?, he provided me a number of Mr. Rizwan 9019754666. This gentleman was rude to the hilt. He was talking in a manner as if he was scolding me to call after office hours. He said “Look I need time to look in this and you are calling me after office hours”. The manner and tone was highly odd for someone who I presume is in a senior position

I had provided my KYC docs and pic for the same. The same has still not received Reliance in a months time. My issues are:-
• My KYC docs and Pic is lost in transition. Who will be responsible if the same is misused or in case of Identity Theft
• Money was charged to me a month back and still I have not got the service. You have taken the money in one month advance and hence the same should attract interest or penalty
• I have been wasting my time and effort to visit multiple places multiple time and still the issue is resolved.
• Sangeetha Mobile as well as Relaince is responsible for the Same. Who is the guilty person and what is the action initiated against him
