Complaint Details
The car has given us only grief as its performance has been below standards as against what was promised at the showroom by the sales executive. To top it the service provided at tata concord workshop at worli has been pathetic. The car started showing paint defects within 3 months of delivery (also  agreed by the service station manager on the paint quality being faulty. Explanation recieved from them was...at times there is a certain batch of cars that might have a paint fault)The car had pre-exsisting dents ( explanation provided during manufacturing one bolt has been thightly fixed which has caused the dent).The back bumper of the car suddenly loosened and came out (only apology provided no explanation). There are new dents, scratches, paint roughing everytime the cars given for servicing. The customer service provided is extremely unprofessional and pathetic.The car was brought by us for medical emergencies and all it has done is given us more stress and grief. On top of it the car is at the service station every now and then.I WOULD LIKE TO UNDERSTAND IF THERE IS ANY MEDICAL EMERGENCIES THAT TAKE PLACE DURING THIS TIME WOULD TATA MOTORS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME ( my husband is a diabetic...I am pregnant in my 7 month....my mother-inlaw is a heart patient)I would request you to kindly helpe in resolving the problems that have been faced by us because of the car and put me through the right department where I could speak to a senior who can provide me with a resolution and not lie their way out.Awaiting corporation from your end and a response
