Complaint Details
1) i have raised the complain for "Setup box not working" on 13th july 2014 and customercare told me they replace the setup box and i have to pay only Rs. 150 INR.

2) Setup box replaced by the authorised Airtel engineer on 14th july 2014 in evening and he told me to recharge Rs. 400 INR as a setup box charges and then only you can get the service activated in new setup box.

3) I have recharge with Rs. 400 INR and waiting for the service by the time within 10 minutes the setup box switched off due to some kind of short circuit inside the box.

4) I have Immediate complain for the same and asked for help to the customer care and they asking for charges again for the same which was not even resolved and i am paying double for the same...

During all this i am just thinking is it the Airtel DTH are safe at home??? Airtel DTH are very risky for life and life, and we have to stop using these airtel low grade DTH setup box at our homes
